The Push-Up Challenge is a unique and fun way to encourage better ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ and wellbeing through physical activity, connection and ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ education.
This year, Australians will take on 3,214 push-ups from 4 to 26 June to improve their physical and mental fitness, have fun and raise funds to make a difference to ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ in Australia.
