Better ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ and wellbeing for your school through connection, physical activity and education.
With young people less likely than any other age group to seek professional help; reducing stigma and barriers to help-seeking is a vital step.
Sign your school up for The Push-Up Challenge and join the push for better ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳.

TEACHER RESOURCES
We partnered with headspace National Youth Mental Health Foundation to develop these handy resources for the classroom. You can use these at any time of the year to empower your students to push for better ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳.
Mental health awareness training for teachers
Many educators are aware of the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ crisis affecting our young people - almost 40% of Australians aged 16 to 24 have experienced a ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ disorder. This means that close to half of the students in our classrooms are struggling.
We’re offering free ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ awareness training for teachers and educators to help equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to start conversations and encourage help-seeking behaviours in the classroom. Register your interest and we'll be in touch with next steps.

Thanks to the Bupa Foundation for supporting ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ awareness training
Can primary schools join the challenge?
We've had a heap of primary schools take part in The Push-Up Challenge - all it takes is a little adapting of the push-ups and ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ content to ensure it is age appropriate. Get in touch and we can send you more info.
