Teachers - Resources and more to help your school push for better ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳

Better ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ and wellbeing for your school through connection, physical activity and education.

At The Push-Up Challenge, we’re passionate about supporting teachers and their schools to encourage conversation and help de-stigmatise ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳.

With young people less likely than any other age group to seek professional help; reducing stigma and barriers to help-seeking is a vital step.

Sign your school up for The Push-Up Challenge and join the push for better ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳.

The Push-Up Challenge served as a reminder that by coming together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those around us, both in terms of their mental and physical well-being." - Principal, Holland Park State High School

Mental health awareness training for teachers

Many educators are aware of the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ crisis affecting our young people - almost 40% of Australians aged 16 to 24 have experienced a ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ disorder. This means that close to half of the students in our classrooms are struggling.

We’re offering free ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ awareness training for teachers and educators to help equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to start conversations and
encourage help-seeking behaviours in the classroom. Register your interest and we'll be in touch with next steps.

Thanks to the Bupa Foundation for supporting ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ awareness training

Can primary schools join the challenge?

We've had a heap of primary schools take part in The Push-Up Challenge - all it takes is a little adapting of the push-ups and ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ content to ensure it is age appropriate. Get in touch and we can send you more info.
